I die at midnight,
But don’t feel any pain.
I’d die at midnight,
Just to hear your name.

The glitter in your eyes
Casts a glow across the skies.
The smile on your face
Causes pain to be erased.

Whirling swirling
Into the unknown.
My eyes betray me
My cover is blown.

Where is midnight?
The darkness blinds.
The strings of my heart
Around your fingers are ‘twined.
